We want you to feel confident when trying our matcha. That’s why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

How it works:

1. Contact Us → Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
   
2. Free Return Label → We’ll send you a prepaid return label so you can return the items at no cost.
   
3. Refund Issued → Once we receive and review your return, we’ll process a full refund of your product purchase price to your original payment method (shipping fees excluded).

Disclaimer: For international orders (outside the USA), customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
