International Returns — Return Shipping Is Not Free
For orders shipped outside the USA, return shipping is not free. Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier fees incurred on the return.
This applies to all international returns, including returns made under our 30-day money-back guarantee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are not reimbursed as part of your refund.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service — we can’t issue a refund for a return that doesn’t reach us.
A few notes
- For international orders (outside the USA), customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
- Any free gifts with purchase must also be returned.
